Holla! I am back! Today, we wanna talk about "Stress". Why? Cause lately there is a lot of crime happened cause of stress such as suicide.
I'm sure that KPOPERS know that on of top singer group Shinee have been met dead in his own residence and it was a suicide. He dead cause of coal briquette in his kitchen. It is because of mental breakdown (stress)
So, today. I would like to share way to release stress. There is two way to release stress.
The first one is :
☆DEEP BREATHE
- Close your eyes
- take a deep breathe
- hold it 3 second
- breather out slowly
*REPEAT FOR ONE MINUTES
Secondly:
☆DO SOME EXERSICE
*You have to start from leg to head
LEG
-Lay down close to the wall, put up your leg to the wall
Back
- Lift up your back, in the count of three, then lower slowly.
Stomach
- Breathe in , in the count of three and breathe out.
Hand
- Put up both of your hands straight foward and handheld closely and hold it in the count of three
Shoulder
- Lift up your shoulder, in the count of three, then lower slowly
Head
- Look up and hold it for 3 seconds
